Great service! I always get my tires done here, and I’ve never had any issues. Staff is very welcoming and informative. The wait time was super short, even on a busy day! Highly recommend!

I have been with Discount Tire for over 20 years, the service has gotten so much worse in that time, the staff is very respectful and welcoming however they are not competent in their discipline which is changing tires, proper requested air pressure and NEVER take your vehicle there for a front-end alignment, they just started this service and they are practices on your vehicle, I recommend Bill Day or Premier on HW-110 they are very good. Please see attached pictures of service today 5/1/26 after repeated efforts to have properly inflate my tires they cannot do their job, the tech assured me he checked the tires himself which was not true. Having tires not properly inflated is very unsafe and will wear your tires out much faster, they had to replace my right front tire due to their front-end alignment job was so bad it wore my brand new tire down estimated 30k miles in one week, so today Discount Tire replaced it and sent me to Premier to have the front end properly aligned. If you value your families Safety and your very expensive tires, I suggest taking your business to Bill Day Tire or Premier I will certainly be moving forward with another dealer, I am sick of trying to get Di

Absolutely amazing customer service! My low tire light came on and my screen indicated it was the back passenger tire. Pulled in at 15 mins before they opened, waited patiently at the door in the light rain with another gentleman visiting about the weather. Once the guys finished their meeting, they opened the door 8 mins before they were scheduled to open and welcomed us in immediately asking how they could help. Within 5 mins my car was already in a bay and what appeared to be 3 techs already looking at all 4 tires. Lead tech came to me and explained they did a dunk on the tire and found nothing to lead them to believe it had a leak. They topped all 4 tires off, which were all reading between 27-28. I was in and out back on the road within 30 mins! It was a packed waiting room within 15 mins but they made sure everyone was spoken to and updated promptly. I also love that they never try to upsell us anything we don’t need! There’s a reason all our vehicles have Discount tires on them! Your customer service is always outstanding! Keep up the great work & thank you!

Easton went all the way up the chain of command with Enterprise to get my new tire approved. Dude was fighting for his life during peak business hours to get me taken care of. I would trust this man with my life. He deserves every penny he is paid + a tip. This sort of dedication is rarely seen and greatly appreciated. If discount tire needs a new CEO, give this man the position. If Easton has a million fans, then I am one of them. If Easton has ten fans, then I am one of them. If Easton has only one fan then that is me. If Easton has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against Easton, then I am against the world. Review may change if the tire sucks but that remains to be seen. Also it wouldn’t be Easton’s fault.

I had an appointment in November 2025 and had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. Brice ... a taller, bald, built gentleman helped me and caught something important: my full-size spare was from 2009. It looked brand new and had never been used, but he explained that older tires can still be unsafe. I’m glad he noticed it before I relied on it for future use we replaced it, as well as the other tires. He also mentioned that they price match, which was great since I originally came in with a set of high-end tires I’d purchased on Amazon. Brice went above and beyond and made the whole process easy. He was very professional, and so were the rest of the staff. Kristopher, one of the techs, and his team helped out tremendously they got my Lexus LS460 in and out quickly and handled everything smoothly. While I was waiting, I overheard them helping other customers. They were polite, knowledgeable, and never pressured anyone to buy things they didn’t need. The staff was also very respectful and patient with elderly customers, which really stood out. They treat you like a person, not a sale. I’ve brought all my cars to this location on numerous occasions. The prices are very good
